Our members were privileged enough to participate in the AFFI’s annual Honor Guard convention. Hours of drill and preparation culminated in a ceremony to honor our fallen brethren and welcome their families into ours.

The AFFI Honor Guard's motto of "Whatever It Takes" starts at the Annual Induction Dinner and Ceremony. Here, new members receive their initial training, are inducted into the organization, and make a commitment to do "Whatever It Takes" to honor our fallen comrades.
This weekend, 80 new inductees will join existing members, as well as, friends and family to honor the fallen.

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
